Movfazz Warranty Terms and Conditions

Movfazz provides lifetime warranty for all protective films. SRSWorks will provide customer with a free replacement service according to the following terms and conditions of warranty:

  • Lifetime warranty is given to customers only if the protective film is broken by accident.
  • Normal wear, scratches, tear, abuse, misuse, negligence, any acts of God or man-caused damage is out of warranty
  • The mobile installed with the screen protector must correspond to the mobile model that available on the market at the year shown on the receipt.

Moshi Warranty Terms and Conditions

All Moshi products undergo stringent quality control testing. They are warranted to be free from material defects when you return the product in accordance with this warranty and our instructions. This warranty applies to normal use for the intended purpose of the product, under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care, nor does it cover cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product. Warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with in any way. Moshi reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without obligation to notify any individual or entity.

In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product. This warranty does not cover, and SRSWorks & Moshi will not have any liability to you for, loss, theft, or any incidental or consequential damages caused by using the product. We make no other warranty regarding the products, and we disclaim all other warranties, express, statutory or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

Since Jan 2020, Two year limited warranty on all moshi products are provided by SRSWorks. Customers may extend your warranty coverage beyond two years via product registration of warranty at https://www.moshi.com/tw/register

Two year basic warranty will be offered by online warranty registration at SRSWorks.com. To extend the warranty period, customer can also register at moshi https://www.moshi.com/tw/register , please keep e-mail confirmation issued from Moshi & original receipt.

IMOS Warranty Terms and Conditions

All IMOS products undergo stringent quality control testing. They are warranted to be free from material defects when you return the product in accordance with this warranty and our instructions. This warranty applies to normal use for the intended purpose of the product, under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents (broken), abuse, misuse, or improper care, nor does it cover cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product.

If the product fails under normal usage with 30 days from first purchase dated, please send photos of original receipt and defective product, email to cs@srsworks.com for instructions on how to return the defective product. Be sure to have your proof of purchase on hand; return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. SRSWorks do not cover shipping cost for the returned product. If after inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at our option and at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

Spigen Warranty Terms and Conditions

After registration at SRSWorks warranty online, warranty is applicant due to manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship :

  • Electronic products (i.e. earphones, audios, cables, charger ) are eligible for one-year warranty coverage
  • Non-Electronic products (i.e . case, protective protectors, stands, bags) is eligible for 30 days warranty coverage

Vacii Warranty Terms and Conditions

After registration at SRSWorks warranty online, warranty is applicant due to manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship :

  • Electronic products (i.e. lightings, chargers ) are eligible for one-year warranty coverage
  • Non-Electronic products (i.e . Decorations) is eligible for 30 days warranty coverage

This warranty applies to normal use for the intended purpose of the product, under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents (broken), abuse, misuse, or improper care, nor does it cover cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product.

The following terms include all products:

  • The product pictures at online store are for reference only. The actual objects should be considered as final.
  • Customers must complete the maintenance registration 30 days from the purchase date to be valid and we don’t provide maintenance service without registration.

  • Online product warranty service is only available for product which purchased in Hong Kong.
  • Product life time and stock availability may be changed over time, SRSWorks reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
  • The brand of your purchased product reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
  • This warranty applies only to and extends for the lifetime of the first purchaser or gift recipient of the applicable your purchased product and is not transferable.
  • SRSWorks Ltd. reserves the right of replacement and final decision on any dispute.
  • In no event shall SRSWorks Ltd. be liable for damage in excess of the purchase price.
