RMA and Returns

Returns / Exchange Terms and Conditions

  • We offer "7 days without reason refund guarantee"

  • After payment is completed, or unprocessed the order, the order can be cancelled free of charge and the full refund can be made upon request.

  • The return or replacement application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Overdue will not be accepted.

  • If the ordered item(s) and quantity does not match with order, please contact Customer Service immediately on the day of goods receipt.

  • Each order can only be exchanged once.

  • Guests must have a valid original receipt.

  • The goods and the packaging must remain intact, not opened, not installed or used.

  • Except for product failure or damage to the opening, any unopened product or product cannot be returned for the second sale. The company reserves the right to interpret this example.We reserve the right to interpret this clause.

  • We will not bear any responsibility of inconvenience caused (e.g. unable to use the product) by the process of exchange / return.

  • If the goods have been shown to be non-returnable, the goods will not be returned.

  • If the product does not meet the return and exchange conditions after inspection, the application will not be accepted.

  • For Hong Kong / Macau free shipping order over HK$ 300 purchased:
    If the net purchase amount is under HK$300 after refund is requested, we will deduct HK$300 from refund amount as shipping fee for first delivery.

  • Worldwide (non-Hong Kong/Macau) Free Shipping Order: If the total amount of the order is less than USD$100 after the refund, we will deduct the shipping fee for the first delivery.

  • Shipping fees will not been refunded.

  • If the goods are returned by express, return shipping fee will be paid by customer.

  • All returns or exchange requests must be contacted us in advance, and guests who have not made a reservation may not be able to do so immediately due to shortage of goods.

  • The returns / exchange service does not include product maintenance and replacement. For product maintenance and replacement service, please send a photo of the packaging, invoice and product damage location to cs@srsworks.com to arrange maintenance service. This form does not apply.


Return / Exchange process:

  1. Return/exchange application within 7 days from the date of receipt at My Account > My Return page
    Please clearly fill out the form or contact SRStore Customer Service by:

  2. SRStore Customer Service confirms the application and completes the booking process with the guest.

  3. (a) Kwun Tong Office Return:
    With the product, complete packaging, and valid original receipt, guests will return to Kwun Tong Office at the time of appointment. After checked, it will be returned immediately.

    (b) Return by mail:
    Guests are required to send the product, complete packaging, and valid original receipt to the company's Kwun Tong Office.
    Colleagues will check after receiving the return, and will arrange for a refund or exchange if the check is correct.
    If the exchange will be returned in SF to pay.

SRSWorks Limited / SRStore reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
